We are The Cloth Caribbean Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Our company registration number is C2017092007329, and 24 Erthig Road, Belmont, Port of Spain, Trinidad, West Indies is our registered office.

The Cloth Caribbean Limited (collectively referred to herein as “The Cloth” or “we” or “us”) operates this website (this “website”). Your use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions. Your use of the website constitutes your unconditional agreement to be bound by these terms. If you refuse to be bound by these terms, then you may not access or otherwise use this website.

We reserve the right to update, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions of use under which we offer our services. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change and or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

These terms and conditions of use also set out how you may interact with us on our official social media platforms. Interacting in this context includes without limitation submitting a contribution (defined below) on social media inclusive of tagging or hashtagging any of our designated hashtags not limited to #thecloth, #theclothcaribbean or #theclothofficial, following us on any form of social media, “liking” or writing a comment concerning a page or post on Social Media.

The information collected about you when you interact with us on Social Media is as follows but not limited to your name, your user profile, your age, your preferences and viewpoints. Your interaction may also include the posting of a photo and video of you.
